At Ivanka Paints, we want you to be thrilled with your new artwork!
However, we understand that sometimes pieces may not look exactly as expected in your space. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please review the following policy:
Exchanges:
We are happy to offer exchanges for artwork within 30 days of the date we shipped the artwork to you. On this day you receive an email from us with a tracking number so you know exactly when your artwork is on its way to you.
We do not offer refunds at this time. Exchanges will be made for artwork of equal or greater value.
To initiate an exchange:
- Please contact us in writing within 30 days of the shipping date at menkenivanka@gmail.com.
- Clearly state your intention to exchange the artwork and the reason for the exchange.
- We will provide you with instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.
Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We recommend insuring the artwork for its full value during return shipment.
- Once we receive the returned artwork in its original condition, we will process your exchange for a piece of equal or greater value.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the artwork is damaged or not returned in its original condition.
